Rise & Shine Together is a flexible, daily routine
RISE is an acronym to help you remember what to incorporate into your daily practice. This morning routine has worked well for me. Use it as is or tweak it to work for you.
READ
Read or listen to something inspiring and motivating.
INTERNALIZE
Reflect and journal. Feel deep gratitude by holding the feeling for at least ten seconds. Review and commit to your plan. Use discernment to reinforce your empowered yeses and nos.
SILENCE
Practice silence. Work up to 20-30 minutes daily and even up to 2 times a day. (I am still working on this, not there yet!) Start where you are, even if it is only a few minutes. Remember it is practice and consistency that will pay dividends.
ENERGIZE
Energize yourself with movement of some type. Stretch. Wake your body up by getting outside early when natural light is optimal.
